Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Tracking available
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We cannot control delays caused by customs or local postal services.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every purchase from our curated collection of apparel and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple returns process.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase required
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Hair Accessories
- Jewelry & Lapel Pins
- Kid/Infant Accessories
- Footwear (unless defective)
Return Process
- Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days
- Ship Your Return: Once approved, securely package the item and ship it to our Oklahoma City facility at your expense (we recommend trackable shipping)
- Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus any original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error)
Exchange Information
- For size or color exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
- If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- We cover the cost of shipping replacement items for exchanges
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For international returns, please mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.
