Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Hair Accessories
  • Jewelry & Lapel Pins
  • Kid/Infant Accessories
  • Footwear (unless defective)

Return & Exchange Process

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Ship Your Return: Once approved, package the item securely and ship it to our Oklahoma City facility at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Timing: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You’ll receive a refund for the item price minus any original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchange Information

For size or color exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return.
  • If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
